Softball Recap: Konawa's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hartshorne, Konawa was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Coleman Wildcats by a score of 8-3. The victory was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The win got Konawa back to even at 6-6. As for Coleman, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

Looking ahead, Konawa will face off against Wetumka at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Coleman, they will square off against Calvin at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
