Flowery Branch proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by six) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Madison County Red Raiders 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Flowery Branch's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Madison County, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Coming up, Flowery Branch will be playing in front of their home fans against Hebron Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Falcons will need to watch out since the Lions have now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests. As for Madison County, they will face off against Stephens County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
