After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Centennial finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Blessed Trinity Titans, falling 14-1. The Knights' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Centennial saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lance Isaacs, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Chas Fischer also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Blessed Trinity, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2.

While Centennial had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
