Softball Recap: Piedmont Wins Going Away Against Jenks

Piedmont barely beat Jenks the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Trojans on Monday. The Wildcats not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since August 21st (when they won 11-1).

Piedmont's win bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Jenks, they dropped their record down to 12-12 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Piedmont will square off against Putnam City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jenks, they will venture away from home to challenge Muskogee at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
