Basketball Recap: Brownstown Central Braves vs. Heritage Christian Eagles

The Braves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2020.
Heritage Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Riley Johnson led the charge by going 6-for-13 on her way to 21 points. Another player making a difference was Casey Frost, who posted 12 points and four blocks.
Brownstown Central's defeat dropped their record down to 22-6. As for Heritage Christian, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 15-12.
Brownstown Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Heritage Christian, they have already played their next matchup, a 58-40 loss against South Knox on the 22nd.
