Softball Recap: Vista Ridge Gets the Win

Vista Ridge's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They walked away with an 8-3 win over the Discovery Canyon Thunder. This was payback for the Wolves, who suffered a 12-11 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Kaysen Morgan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on 11 hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jaylani Jusino, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Jordyn Carrillo-Clinton, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
