Volleyball Recap: Caney Creek Triumphs

Caney Creek posted their closest victory since August 23rd on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Shepherd Pirates 2-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Caney Creek's victory bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Shepherd, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Looking ahead, Caney Creek will venture away from home to face off against The Woodlands at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shepherd, they have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Anahuac on the 30th.
