Softball Recap: Rockwood Summit Takes a Loss

Rockwood Summit fell victim to Pacific and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 6-0 to the Indians. The game marked the first time this season in which the Falcons were not able to get on the board.

Rockwood Summit has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Pacific, they moved to 4-11 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

Rockwood Summit does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pacific, they will head out on the road to challenge Affton at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14 runs per game on average), something the Indians will no doubt try to take advantage of.
