Baseball Recap: Pebblebrook Takes a Loss

Pebblebrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 22-4 to the Harrison Hoyas. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hoyas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-0 last Tuesday.

Tyler Holmes made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Pebblebrook's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Harrison, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-12 record this season.

Pebblebrook will venture away from home to challenge Salem at 5:55 p.m. on Friday. Harrison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
