With a playoff win on the line, Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Roncalli Royals by a score of 36-29. The victory was familiar territory for the Saints, who have now won nine matchups in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Augustus Tippmann, who rushed for 46 yards and a pair of TDs. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September.

Roncalli's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zach Dozier, who rushed for 110 yards on only five carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 79 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Collin Ash, who rushed for 55 yards and two scores.

Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger's win bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Roncalli, with the defeat, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-4.
