Soccer Recap: Bell Takes a Loss

Bell's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Huntington Park Spartans by a score of 2-1. Bell were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Huntington Park apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2025.

Bell's goal came courtesy of Sarah Mendoza, who's now up to seven this season.

Bell's loss dropped their record down to 7-7-2. As for Huntington Park, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 6-7.

Bell has already played their next contest, a 1-0 defeat against Roosevelt on the 21st. As for Huntington Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 4-1 loss against South East on the 21st.
