Northgate is 8-0-2 against Ygnacio Valley since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Northgate Broncos will challenge the Ygnacio Valley Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Northgate is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.8 goals per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Northgate came up short against Vacaville and fell 3-1. The loss was the Broncos' first of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Makena Oberbruner, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous seven contests, Ygnacio Valley brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. Everything went their way against Valley Christian on Tuesday as Ygnacio Valley made off with a 7-1 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for Wolves as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Having lost for the first time this season, Northgate fell to 2-1-1. As for Ygnacio Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 2-7-1.

Everything went Northgate's way against Ygnacio Valley in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, as Northgate made off with a 9-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Northgate since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
