Travis Hill was a major factor in Independence's victory over Palisades on Friday. The Pumas had no answer to Hill as he rushed for 101 yards and two TDs on only 13 carries. Hill's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Hill and Independence will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against West Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. Hill will face off against Sincere Gray, the Lions' star RB. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
