Basketball Game Preview: Laton Mustangs vs. Orange Cove Titans

The Laton Mustangs and the Orange Cove Titans will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Laton and five for Orange Cove.

On Tuesday, Laton had to suffer through a 54-14 loss at the hands of Fresno Christian.

Meanwhile, Orange Cove ended up a good deal behind Riverdale on Tuesday and lost 47-31.

Laton's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Orange Cove, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Laton lost to Orange Cove on the road by a decisive 25-11 margin in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. Can Laton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
