Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Carlmont). They put the hurt on the Half Moon Bay Cougars with a sharp 10-0 victory on Thursday. Delaney Kumer was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

The win was the sixth in a row for Carlmont, bringing their record for this year to 11-4-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those six matches. As for Half Moon Bay, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9-3.
