Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Washington County). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Central Chargers 48-6. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-6.

With the victory, Washington County broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Coming up, Washington County will take on Dodge County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. As for Central, they will welcome Jefferson County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Chargers will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.17 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
