It's playoff time, and Michigan Collegiate had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Pershing Doughboys with a sharp 36-14 victory on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won five contests by 22 points or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Michigan Collegiate and bumps their season record up to 6-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.0 points over those games. As for Pershing, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Michigan Collegiate will face off against Edison Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pershing does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
