Baseball Recap: North Clayton Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for North Clayton's offense. They came up short against the Mt. Zion Bulldogs on Friday, falling 16-0. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.

North Clayton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-1. As for Mt. Zion, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-6.

While North Clayton had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th.
