Softball Recap: Greeley West Falls to Windsor in First Game of Season

Greeley West unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 21-1 to the Windsor Wizards on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Spartans in their meetings with the Wizards: they've now lost three in a row.

Greeley West saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eliana Quintana, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run.

Greeley West didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-4 victory against Sterling on the 22nd. As for Windsor, they have also already played their next game, an 18-17 win against Discovery Canyon on the 22nd.
