Westminster Christian waltzed into their matchup  on Wednesday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the St. Joseph's Academy Angels  an   11-0 shutout. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Angels, too.
 Charlie Berkmeyer was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with one  double and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Sophia Bell, who  went 2-for-4 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double. Those  four  RBI gave  her a new career-high.  Abby Milgie was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with two  RBI and one  double.
