Baseball Recap: Tri-Cities Comes Up Short

After soaring to 15 runs the game before, Tri-Cities was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They came up short against the Woodward Academy War Eagles, falling 18-0. The Bulldogs have struggled against the War Eagles recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Tri-Cities' defeat dropped their record down to 0-23. As for Woodward Academy, they pushed their record up to 21-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

While Tri-Cities had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
