Basketball Recap: Fresno Takes a Loss

Fresno entered their game against Hoover on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Fresno Warriors fell just short of the Hoover Patriots by a score of 38-36. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Warriors have suffered since February 7, 2024.

Fresno's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-9. As for Hoover, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Fresno will head out on the road to challenge Justin Garza at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hoover, they will be playing at home against San Joaquin Memorial at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
