Soccer Recap: West Campus Snags Ninth Win in Last Ten Games

West Campus won the last time they faced Valley and things went their way on Friday too. The West Campus Warriors blew past the Valley Vikings 7-1. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 12 matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Valley from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Jaden Dewald led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

West Campus is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 51 goals over those ten contests. As for Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-12.

Looking ahead, West Campus will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Burbank at 4:30 p.m. Burbank will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something West Campus surely won't give up without a fight. As for Valley, they will face off against Johnson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
