Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stone Ridge Christian). They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 65-25 victory over the Denair Coyotes. The Knights have beaten the Coyotes the last eight times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Coyotes has come to flipping the script.

It was another big night for Bella Ewing, who almost dropped a double-double with 31 points and nine boards. That makes it 18 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Stone Ridge Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Elyse Boyd, who posted ten points.

Denair lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Piper Northcutt, who earned seven points and 13 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 12 games she's played.

Stone Ridge Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Denair, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-11.
