Softball Recap: MacArthur Takes a Loss

MacArthur was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 13-0 to the Duncan Demons. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Demons this season, with their most recent loss being a 10-0 defeat last Tuesday.

MacArthur's loss dropped their record down to 9-23-2. As for Duncan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 26-10 record this season.

MacArthur wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 18-9 victory against El Reno on the 8th. Hopefully Duncan paid attention to the Highlanders' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Highlanders on Thursday.
