Basketball Recap: Wilmington Comes Up Short

Wilmington has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 57-50 to the Fairview Tigers on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Greyhounds of the 61-37 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Wilmington's defeat dropped their record down to 19-3. As for Fairview, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-3.

As of now, neither Wilmington nor Fairview have any future games scheduled.
