Soccer Recap: Los Gatos Takes a Loss

Los Gatos and Leland squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Los Gatos had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Leland Chargers by a score of 3-2.

Ale Munneke and Macie Yannoni scored both of Los Gatos' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Los Gatos' loss dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Leland, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.

Los Gatos does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Leland, they will head out to face off against Saint Francis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Leland's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
