Sydney Collins Game Report: vs Berrien

While Sydney Collins delivered a dominant effort on Wednesday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Academy for Classical Education. Collins was dialed in as she went 2-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. She was dominant the last time she took on Berrien on Wednesday, so they probably should've seen this coming.

Even though Collins couldn't lead Academy for Classical Education over Berrien, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Collins' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Gryphons' three-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Collins and the Gryphons surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Thursday's match.
