Softball Recap: St. Dominic's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against Westminster Christian two weeks ago, St. Dominic came back down to earth. The Crusaders fell just short of the Lutheran Cougars by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The loss put an end to the Crusaders' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Dominic fell to 2-1. As for Lutheran, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Coming up, St. Dominic will head out to square off against Winfield at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lutheran, they will take on Valley Park at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
