Baseball Recap: Ellsworth Comes Up Short

Ellsworth was the 6-1 winner over Hayward when they last played one another back in June of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell 7-2 to the Hurricanes on Thursday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ellsworth saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Omar Coulson, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Ellsworth's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Hayward, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-10 record.

As of now, neither Ellsworth nor the Hurricanes have any future games scheduled.
