Baseball Recap: Haralson County Comes Up Short

Haralson County's last matchup with Bremen could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Friday. The Rebels lost 10-2 to the Blue Devils. The Rebels just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Haralson County's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Bremen, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 17-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Haralson County will face off against Model at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blue Devils' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Rebels' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bremen, they will head out on the road to challenge Ranburne at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
