Cary hadn't done well against Holly Springs recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Imps managed a 36-31 win over the Golden Hawks. The Imps' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Nick Grena continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 187 yards and three touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Cary was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 241 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 195 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
