Volleyball Recap: Liberty Christian Comes Up Short

Liberty Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prestonwood Christian Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 11th.

Bailey Kimberlin paced Liberty Christian's offense, picking up four kills. Kimberlin got some help from Brooklyn Kimberlin and her nine assists.

Liberty Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 13-16. As for Prestonwood Christian, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-4.

Liberty Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Tournament Opponent on the 27th. As for Prestonwood Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against John Paul II on the 27th.
