Football Recap: Edison Comes Up Short on the Road Against Breck

Edison had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were beaten by the Breck Mustangs 63-0. The Tommies lost against the Mustangs in their previous head to head back in September of 2019, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 41-0 score last time.

Breck has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Edison will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Spectrum at 6:00 p.m. on October 1. As for Breck, they will venture away from home to face off against St. Cloud Tech/St. John's Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
