Basketball Recap: Escondido Charter Tigers vs. Murrieta Valley Nighthawks
Escondido Charter saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They fell 57-50 to the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zoha Shahriyar, who posted eight points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. The dominant performance gave Shahriyar a new career-high in boards.
