Soccer Recap: Mountain Empire Takes a Loss

After flying high against Bostonia Global last Tuesday, Mountain Empire came back down to earth. The Mountain Empire Redhawks fell just short of the High Tech CV Bruins by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Redhawks couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Breauna Cardinez, who's now up to six this season.

Mountain Empire's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for High Tech CV, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-4.

As of now, neither Mountain Empire nor High Tech CV have any future games scheduled.
