Soccer Recap: St. Francis Takes a Loss

St. Francis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Wesleyan Wolves. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but St. Francis couldn't quite close it out.

St. Francis' defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Wesleyan, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Francis will square off against Mount Pisgah Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Francis is facing Mount Pisgah Christian at the right time seeing as Mount Pisgah Christian is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Wesleyan, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Calhoun at 7:00 p.m. Calhoun will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Wesleyan surely won't give up without a fight.
