Wheeler County extended their postseason success on Monday against Lake Oconee Academy. They put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 15-1 victory. Considering the Bulldogs have won 14 matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the fourth in a row for Wheeler County, bringing their record up to 21-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lake Oconee Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 13-15.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Wheeler County beat the Titans by a score of 9-1 later that day.
