After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four matches, Harlem finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glenbard East Rams. The Huskies' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Harlem's loss dropped their record down to 16-12. As for Glenbard East, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

Harlem and Glenbard East should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. The Huskies (ranked 248th) will meet Rockford Auburn (ranked 605th) at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Glenbard East will square off against Aurora East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (127 vs. 597).
