Basketball Recap: Eagle Rock Victorious

If Marshall wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Eagle Rock, they should've done a better job of containing Marysol Jernigan. The Eagle Rock Eagles came out on top against the Marshall Barristers by a score of 43-32 on Wednesday thanks in part to Jernigan, who went 7 of 16 en route to 17 points along with six steals and five assists. She has become a key player for Eagle Rock: the team is 4-1 when she posts at least three steals, but 4-5 otherwise.
