Bromfield came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Quabbin Regional, falling 11-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Murdock lost 16-5 to Nashoba Valley Tech on Monday.

Quinn Brimhall was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and one stolen base.

Murdock's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Bromfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.
