Baseball Recap: Howard Takes a Loss

Howard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Aquinas Fightin' Irish, falling 13-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Fightin' Irish this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 last Tuesday.

Howard's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Aquinas, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-3.

Coming up, Howard will look to defend their home field on Monday against Northeast at 4:00 p.m. As for Aquinas, they will face off against Cross Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
