Basketball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt entered their game against Santiago on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Roosevelt Mustangs were dealt a 51-17 defeat at the hands of the Santiago Sharks. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Sharks earlier this season, when they won 1-0.

Roosevelt's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 20-10. As for Santiago, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Roosevelt nor Santiago have any future games scheduled.
