Soccer Game Preview: Campbell vs. North Cobb

The Campbell Spartans are taking a road trip to square off against the North Cobb Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Campbell's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Last Monday, Campbell didn't have quite enough to beat North Paulding and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, North Cobb earned a 3-1 victory over Woodland on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Mauricio Dias and Bryan Becerra scored all three of North Cobb's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

North Cobb now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Campbell, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Campbell took their win against North Cobb when the teams last played back in February of 2017 by a conclusive 5-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Campbell since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
