Soccer Recap: Douglass Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Douglass was not quite Riverdale's equal in the second half on Thursday. They lost 4-0 to the Raiders. That's two games in a row now that Douglass have lost by exactly four goals.

Douglass is on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8. As for Riverdale, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Coming up, Douglass will welcome Stephenson at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Douglass is facing Stephenson at the right time seeing as Stephenson is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Riverdale, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Lithonia on the 21st.
