It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Norco can now relate to. They fell just short of the Culver City Centaurs by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Cougars as the squad haven't won a game since January 21st.

Lillianna Hutchings and Makynzie McDaniel scored both of Norco's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 33 goals.

Norco's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Culver City, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 12-6.

Norco does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Culver City, they will take on Camarillo at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Culver City's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
