Swainsboro hasn't had much luck against Vidalia recently, but that could start to change on Monday. Swainsboro will be playing in front of their home fans against Vidalia at 5:45 p.m. Swainsboro is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

While Swainsboro's win against Thomson wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Swainsboro came out on top in a nail-biter against Thomson on Thursday, sneaking past 6-5.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, Vidalia was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost 8-2 to Savannah Christian.

Swainsboro pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Vidalia, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
