Basketball Game Preview: Panther Creek Catamounts vs. Knightdale Knights + How To Watch

The Panther Creek Catamounts will head out to square off against the Knightdale Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Catamounts fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Tuesday's season opener. They blew past East Wake 74-40 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Tuesday Knightdale sidestepped Chapel Hill for a 50-47 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Panther Creek didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Knightdale in their previous matchup back in November of 2016, but they still walked away with a 70-65 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Catamounts since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
