Softball Recap: East Forsyth Takes a Loss

East Forsyth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Walton Raiders. That's two games in a row now that the Broncos have lost by just one run.

East Forsyth's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Walton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-7.

Coincidentally, East Forsyth and Walton will both be playing Lassiter the next time they take the field. The Broncos will head out to face the Trojans at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
