Basketball Game Preview: Dymally Challengers vs. Harbor Teacher Monarchs

Dymally is 0-10 against Harbor Teacher since January of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Dymally Challengers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Harbor Teacher Monarchs at 4:30 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Having struggled with eight losses in a row dating back to last season, Dymally turned things around against Port of Los Angeles on Wednesday. They breezed by the Polar Bears to the tune of 52-22. The Challengers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Harbor Teacher put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Locke 67-8. 67 seems to be a good number for the Monarchs as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Harbor Teacher pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.6 points per game. As for Dymally, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.
